PELNI Wins Best People Development Award by ICCA
PT Pelayaran Nasional Indonesia, or PT PELNI (Persero), has won The Best People Development award at The Best Contact Center Indonesia 2025 event held by the Indonesia Contact Center Association (ICCA) on September 25th, 2025.
The award was handed over directly by the Chairman of ICCA Indonesia, Andi Anugrah, to the Corporate Secretary of PELNI, Evan Eryanto. The PELNI Contact Center scored 80.71 in the category that focuses on innovative work programs for the provision, management, and development of human resources to achieve business and operational targets.
Development places emphasis on innovative efforts in human resource development, including training, certification, and career paths for contact center employees. In this case, the PELNI Contact Center has implemented various initiatives, such as monthly sharing sessions, training and certification for Contact Center agents, discussions with stakeholders on board ships, and benchmarking with various companies.
