PELNI Customer Appreciation Night 2025
PT Pelayaran Nasional Indonesia, or PT PELNI (Persero), is once again holding its Customer Appreciation Night 2025. This event was held on September 25, 2025, as a token of gratitude and appreciation to loyal customers who have entrusted PELNI with their logistics and shipping services.
The Customer Appreciation Night was held to show appreciation to service users who have chosen PELNI as their partner in distributing commodities from various regions. The event aimed to strengthen relationships with customers, increase loyalty, and boost brand awareness for the company.
The event was attended by PELNI President Director Tri Andayani, PELNI Director of Freight and Sea Toll Transportation Kokok Susanto, PELNI subsidiaries and affiliates directors, institutional and state-owned enterprise partners, hundreds of PELNI logistics partners, and cargo service users from various cities in Indonesia. The presence of hundreds of logistics business partners at this event shows how strong PELNI's network of collaborations is in the national logistics sector.
PELNI Director Tri Andayani stated, “The trust and support from hundreds of logistics business partners and service users from various regions have been the pillars of PELNI's success in connecting the archipelago. This event is a manifestation of our commitment to continue fostering close relationships with customers, listening to their needs, and providing better services over time.”

We hope that Customer Appreciation Night 2025 can strengthen synergies with logistics business partners and open up new opportunities for mutually beneficial collaboration,” added Anda.
As a note, PELNI, as a state-owned enterprise operating in the shipping services sector, currently operates 25 passenger ships serving 511 routes with 1,359 routes and calling at 74 ports.
